If you ever get to do this project using Miracle-grow, Hyponex, and Jiffy than I would give attention to Jiffy than all of them.  Miracle-Grow and Hyponex were on the go while Jiffy was needing a little boost.  Next time I might give the plants in Jiffy 3/4 of a cup than 1/2.  I would also keep a close eye on Jiffy more than the other two soils.

Miracle-Grow grew better than Hyponex and Jiffy.  In the first week Miracle-Grow had all five of the tomatoes plants sprouted.  Hyponex had only four of its tomatoes sprouted.  Sadly only one tomatoe plant grew in Jiffy.  Although Hyponex is not in the lead, it had the highest growth of the week which was 2 inches.  Hyponex also grew 1inch 11mm, 1 in 5mm, 1 in  8mm.   Miracle-Grow had the growth of 1 in 12mm, 1 in 9mm, 1 in 10mm, 1 in 8mm, 1 in 8mm.  Jiffy grew a plant that was 1inch.  Finally Hyponex also 1 inch 11mm 1 inch 5mm, 1 inch 8mm.
Miracle-Grow still had 5 plants during the 2 weeks although it had one big change it had a plant that grew 5 inch 3mm the tallest of all of them for this week.  Others from that same pot grew 4 in 11mm, 4 in 8mm, 4 in 2mm, 4 inches.  Finally, all of Hyponex's plants grew which was 2 in 3mm, 2 in 4mm, 2 in 12mm, 4 in 3mm 4 in 6mm.  Still Jiffy is not that growing so good.  It grew tomatoes plants that were 6 in 14mm, 6 in 2mm, 7 in 1mm, 6 in 2mm, 6 in 1mm, 4 in 14mm, 4 in15mm, 6 in 1 mm, and 6 in 2mm.  Jiffy came in last place and only 4 of its plants grew one was 1 in 15mm, 1 in 14mm, 1 in 8mm, 1

1. Take your Pots and set them in a flat surface that has sunlight and confortable tempreatures.
2. Get a piece of tape and wright the names of the soil with a sharpee.
3. Place one of the tapes onto 1 of the pots
4. Do the same with the other two tapes
5. Get the 3 soils, Miracle-Gro, Hyponex and Jiffy
6. Take Miracle-Gro and pour 3 cups into the lable pot "Miracle-Grow"
7 . Do this also with Jiffy and Hyponex
8. Grab your pencil and poke 5 holes in each of your 3 pots
9. Next pick up 5 tomatoes seeds and plant them in each of your 5 holes
10.  Do this with all the 3 pots
11.  Fill 3/4 of your measuring cup with fresh cold water.  Do this every day
12.  Every 7 days make a observation on your plants
13.  Use a ruler to measure your plant

I went to library and found out all about plants and soil.  Here are soil and plants as my key words.  Here are some things I found in my reseach.
Have you ever wondered what was in soils?  Well I know what is in it!  Soil can contain things like fertilizer, perlite, peat moss, water and hypnum peat.  Some of these things can help plants grow.  For example water can make the plant grow taller each day and pelite makes the plants to become healthier.
What do plants need to stay alive?  Plants need soil, sunlight, air comfortable temperatures, and most importantly water.  The plants need soil because it gives the plant food.  They also need sunlight and water to grow.  Air gives the ability for plants to breathe, so that's why you need comfortable temperatures make the plant freeze.
How many days does it take for tomato plants to grow?  It take 7-10 days to germinate and 52 days to harvest.  To germinate means to spout, so it will take 7-10 days for the plant to sprout.  To harvest means to be ready to eat, so it will take 52 days to soon be ready to eat.
Thanks to the library and all of its books I found great information on plants and soil!

If I put three different brands of soil in three diffrent pots, then the tomato seeds will grow better in pot Miricle Grow because it has lots of perlites which are healthy

I will measure how much each tomato plant grew in the diffrent types of soil they sat in.
